The silence is accompanied by midnight's snow
Which is softly illuminated by a Christmas tree's glow, A tree so full of splendor and shine, That it fills with awe the most skeptical of minds. Little kids around the world start to sleep, And Dreams fill their heads of what toys they'll meet. How nice it is, to only worry about receiving In a dark and cold world that can be so deceiving As grownups gather around a flickering fire, A newborn baby showcases God's desire, To show us all what heaven is like, By transforming a month in winter into the world's respite |
